I suggest packing it very well. The shipping companies can be rough with packages. We are not responsible for damage during inbound shipping. Getting insurance on the package is highly encouraged.

What should I include?

Include your name, return address and order number inside the package. Without this information inside the package we will not know who sent it to us and who to return it to. The labels on the outside of the packages can get torn, or obstructed with dirt or shippers labels.

We only want the radio, remove all brackets and modules that are attached. You will want to plug the modules back into the car so everything works as it should.

This is how it should look when sending it in.

We will ship it back within 2-3 business days of receipt of the package.

Will UPS ship to my PO Box?

We use UPS for return shipping, no PO Boxes are allowed. UPS will not deliver to PO boxes.
