Why has your package not shipped?

Still no movement from UPS, Just sittingin the warehouse still.

The screens are on the move; Kentucky has sent them to Ontario, California. But it says there is severe weather in California. I looked it up and the weather in ONT is 66 degrees and sunny, so I am not sure what severe weather is....

Hoping to receive the packages late today or tomorrow, I will post updates as they are available.

UPS has been holding the screens in a warehouse in Kentucky for almost 2 weeks. We are out of stock and waiting for these to be sent to us. I call every day, sometimes multiple times a day, to try to get answers. They can not tell me when they will be released from customs or how long it will take to be released from customs. 

I based my estimates on the email I received from UPS with the delivery date,
